Shipping Policy
This policy explains how VESICAE prepares, ships, tracks, and supports eligible orders for released research materials within the United States.
VESICAE supplies released laboratory materials exclusively for qualified research and analytical purposes. Eligible orders are fulfilled within the United States using available tracked USPS or UPS services. Shipping options, applicable rates, and available service levels are displayed during checkout where available.
Important Shipping Notice
Processing and transit times are estimates and may be affected by payment verification, lot availability, account review, weekends, holidays, weather, carrier operations, address accuracy, order volume, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of VESICAE.
1. Where We Ship
VESICAE currently ships eligible orders to deliverable addresses within the United States only.
International shipping is not currently offered.
Eligible destinations may include:
- Residential addresses within supported U.S. service areas;
- Commercial addresses;
- Laboratory and institutional locations;
- Other eligible U.S. destinations supported by the applicable carrier.
Availability of a particular shipping service depends on the destination, carrier coverage, order characteristics, and other applicable delivery requirements.
2. United States Only
VESICAE does not currently offer international shipping, international forwarding, or cross-border fulfillment.
Orders submitted for destinations outside the United States may be declined or cancelled.
VESICAE also does not operate a dropshipping program. Eligible orders are fulfilled through VESICAE's established order-fulfillment process.
3. Order Processing
Orders enter processing after the applicable payment has been received or verified and after required account, inventory, lot, address, security, and order-review requirements have been completed.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Selecting a faster carrier service does not necessarily accelerate payment verification, internal review, lot allocation, or fulfillment preparation.
VESICAE does not currently publish a guaranteed daily shipping cutoff time. Orders are processed according to fulfillment availability, carrier pickup schedules, order status, and operational conditions.
4. Shipping Methods
VESICAE uses tracked shipping services available through USPS and UPS for eligible orders.
Available carrier options may vary according to destination, package characteristics, carrier service availability, and other applicable fulfillment requirements.
Where live carrier rates are available, eligible shipping options and rates will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
5. Shipping Rates and Free Shipping
Orders below the free-shipping threshold may be charged available live USPS or UPS shipping rates based on the applicable checkout calculation.
Free Shipping on Orders of $200 or More
VESICAE offers free shipping on qualifying U.S. orders of $200 or more, calculated according to the qualifying merchandise value shown during checkout.
Orders below $200 may be offered available USPS or UPS shipping services at the applicable calculated rate.
VESICAE does not apply a separate California shipping surcharge solely because an eligible shipment is being delivered to California.
6. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
After an order enters shipment preparation, tracking information may be provided through email, SMS, the applicable order-status area, or other supported account communications.
Tracking information may first appear when a shipping label is created. A label-created status does not necessarily mean the carrier has physically received or scanned the package.
Carrier tracking systems are maintained by the applicable shipping provider, and VESICAE cannot control the timing or frequency of carrier tracking scans after pickup.
7. Shipping Status Notifications
Where the customer has provided the applicable consent and communication information, VESICAE may send operational shipping notifications at significant stages of fulfillment.
These notifications may include:
- A tracking notification after a shipping label has been generated;
- An update when carrier tracking indicates that the shipment is in transit;
- A delivery notification after the carrier reports successful delivery;
- Information directing the recipient to applicable lot documentation where relevant.
Carrier events and notification timing may vary depending on the carrier's tracking data and the availability of applicable status updates.
8. Packaging
VESICAE prepares eligible shipments using packaging selected to support material protection and orderly fulfillment during ordinary carrier handling and transportation.
Required carrier labels, delivery information, lot-related information, or other necessary shipment documentation may appear where applicable.
9. Material Handling During Transit
Packaging is prepared to support the integrity of materials during expected transportation conditions.
Unless a specific shipping arrangement expressly states otherwise, ordinary USPS or UPS shipping does not constitute a guaranteed continuous refrigerated or temperature-controlled cold chain.
Recipients should monitor tracking, receive packages promptly, inspect shipments after delivery, and follow any applicable storage or handling information associated with the supplied research material.
10. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for submitting a complete, accurate, and deliverable U.S. shipping address.
VESICAE is not responsible for delays, returned shipments, failed deliveries, or routing problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or improperly entered information supplied by the customer.
To request an address correction, contact: support@vesicae.com
Please include your order number and the corrected shipping information.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered lot allocation, fulfillment, label generation, carrier processing, or shipment.
11. Carrier Pickup and Transit
VESICAE arranges carrier pickup or transfer through its fulfillment process. Once an eligible shipment has been accepted by the carrier, transportation, sorting, scanning, routing, and final delivery are managed by that carrier.
Transit estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless the applicable carrier expressly provides a guaranteed service and the relevant conditions for that service are satisfied.
12. Carrier Delays
Delivery may be affected by:
- Carrier transportation and sorting schedules;
- Severe weather or natural events;
- Weekends and federal holidays;
- Seasonal shipping demand;
- Carrier service interruptions;
- Remote or limited-service delivery areas;
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
- Failed delivery attempts;
- Security, transportation, or operational interruptions;
- Other circumstances outside VESICAE's reasonable control.
A carrier delay does not automatically qualify an order for a refund, replacement, reshipment, or account credit.
13. Lost Shipments
If tracking indicates that a shipment may have been lost during transit, contact VESICAE at: support@vesicae.com .
Please provide your order number, tracking number, delivery address, and a concise description of the issue.
VESICAE may review available tracking information and, where necessary, support or initiate communication with the applicable carrier.
Any replacement, reshipment, refund, account credit, or other resolution will be determined after the available carrier information and relevant circumstances have been reviewed.
14. Damaged Shipments
Recipients should inspect packages promptly after delivery. If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, contact VESICAE as soon as reasonably possible at: support@vesicae.com .
A damage claim should include, where applicable:
- Your order or invoice number;
- Your tracking number;
- The applicable lot ID;
- A concise description of the damage;
- Photographs of the external shipping package;
- Photographs of the carrier label;
- Photographs of the internal packaging;
- Photographs clearly showing the affected material.
Retain the shipping package, labels, internal packaging, and affected materials while the issue is being reviewed.
15. Delivered but Not Received
Shipments marked as delivered by the carrier are generally treated as delivered unless subsequent carrier information shows that the recorded delivery was incorrect.
Before contacting VESICAE, recipients should check appropriate delivery locations, household or organizational receiving areas, building reception, mailrooms, parcel lockers, and the applicable carrier.
VESICAE is generally not responsible for packages lost, removed, misplaced, or stolen after confirmed delivery, subject to applicable law and any independently verifiable carrier or fulfillment error.
16. Returned or Refused Shipments
A shipment may be returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, recipient refusal, an unclaimed shipment, carrier restrictions, or another delivery issue.
Returned or refused shipments are not automatically eligible for a refund.
Additional shipping or carrier charges may apply before an order can be considered for reshipment.
Because VESICAE supplies lot-controlled research materials, returned materials may not be placed back into available inventory when product integrity, storage, handling, or chain-of-custody conditions cannot be verified.
17. Lot Identification and Documentation
Released VESICAE materials may be associated with a specific lot identifier and corresponding analytical documentation.
Recipients should review the lot identifier on the delivered material and compare it with the applicable documentation where appropriate.
If the delivered lot appears inconsistent with the order record or applicable lot documentation, contact: support@vesicae.com promptly so the issue can be reviewed.
18. Third-Party Laboratory Shipments
Where arranged in advance, an eligible customer may request that an applicable vial from an order, or an additional agreed vial, be shipped directly to an independent analytical laboratory.
Such arrangements are handled separately from ordinary customer delivery and may be subject to additional laboratory, shipping, documentation, or scheduling requirements.
The independent laboratory's own procedures, fees, timelines, sample requirements, and reporting conditions may also apply.
19. Laboratory and House Accounts
Eligible laboratory, institutional, or organizational accounts may have shipping activity associated with a primary account and authorized sub-users.
Shipping destinations, invoices, order history, lot information, and fulfillment records may be associated with the applicable house account for administrative and recordkeeping purposes.
Organizations are responsible for maintaining accurate authorized-user and destination information.
20. Research Use Only
Materials supplied by VESICAE are intended exclusively for qualified laboratory research, analytical testing, in-vitro research, institutional research, and other legitimate research applications.
Research Use Notice
For Research Use Only. Not for Human Consumption. Not for Human or Veterinary Use.
Materials are not supplied for personal use, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, clinical use, cosmetic use, food use, household use, or other unauthorized applications.
21. Age and Account Eligibility
VESICAE ordering functionality is intended only for persons who are at least 21 years of age and who satisfy applicable research-access, account, laboratory, business, or institutional eligibility requirements.
Approval of an account does not guarantee availability of any particular material, quantity, or released lot.
22. Shipping Restrictions
VESICAE may hold, refuse, modify, or cancel an order where shipment cannot reasonably, safely, or lawfully be completed.
Such circumstances may include:
- Unsupported destinations;
- International shipping requests;
- Carrier service limitations;
- Lot or inventory availability;
- Payment verification issues;
- Fraud or security concerns;
- Incomplete customer information;
- Research-account eligibility concerns;
- Operational or fulfillment limitations.
23. No Dropshipping
VESICAE does not currently offer dropshipping services.
Orders are intended for eligible account holders, laboratories, institutions, businesses, or other qualified recipients using the shipping information supplied through the applicable VESICAE order process.
24. Policy Updates
VESICAE may revise this Shipping Policy when reasonably necessary to reflect changes in carrier services, shipping rates, fulfillment procedures, account systems, delivery coverage, released-lot procedures, service-provider arrangements, or Site operations.
The current version will be published on vesicae.com together with the applicable “Last updated” date.
